Tom Barlow
Tom Barlow was inspired to play the bass at the age of 15 on a visit to New York when he was introduced to one of the jazz greats Milt "The Judge" Hinton, who later became his teacher. Since then he has played in several bands alongside musicians such as Bryan Edwards and Pete King. "...a rhythmic rock with a fine woody sound on the double bass (hear his solo on the beautiful 'Wait For Me')" Jazz Views "Rounding out the section well, he also provides unique and musically intelligent solos within the framework of the group."
